Excellent game, had some trouble installing but went well.
I honestly don't know if it is a PC problem or a game design but it works extremely slow, it can take minutes to load the help list and this decreases the interest on playing the game by far, you cannot progress a lot before getting bored of how slow it is.
Maybe it's my PC, if there is some trick I'd love to know it, I had normal running apps and nothing was consuming too much.
Good game overall, I love it.

Try getting a better CPU.
SCP:Terminal runs a massive amount of procedural calculations and etc
Every tick, so it's best not ran on a Potato..
