This mod reduces the number of industries and cities by 50% on average.

For exact percentage of reduction please check "Reduction Table.jpg", but keep in mind, that there is still a small random factor calculated with every start of an era.
Because of testing this mod always needs a complete play through, I only tested with the biggest map (512 x 512) really carefully. Smaller maps (256 x 256 and 128 x 128) were only tested for the first era "Steam (I.)". Regarding to that it could happen, that the smallest map (128 x 128) doesn't offer enough industries or cities, to make a complete playthrough, although personally, I got never such a map generated.
Game Changes
------------
Be advised, that R.I.A.C. is quite hardcore and very tough to play. Due to the small numbers of cities and industries in the beginning, I recommend to start with 1000 Token and (minimum) 2000 Token loan to be able to build at least the first (very long) track and one train.
You will likely have to shift the destinations of different resources regarding to the era, otherwise you won't have enough at all. Use of nearly all industry extensions will be necessary(!), but manageable.
Tracks will sometimes get quite long, so you will need a lot of trains to efectivly transport resources. A small failure in your system will then clog up all these trains very fast at one particular point. Therefore, deadlocks can happen much more easily as in vanilla game.
Be prepared, that you will be heavily swearing against your screen, so maybe warn your neighbors in advance, when playing....
