This is an old version of Paranormal. I'm releasing it for free because it contains newer code that can better be used to test if the full game will work on your Mac before purchasing it on Desura. There are plenty of bugs in this old version of the game. You can purchase Paranormal on Desura. The Steam version will be FREE if you purchased Paranormal on Desura! Vote for Paranormal on Steam Greenlight so we can get Paranormal on Steam!

Im sorry but... when I try to play this game (seems awesome) just after I click to start the game my screen goes colorful and then it just turns green.And the aplication stops working...I mean some help...please?

Nope, doesn't work. just bounces in my dock like a jack russell and then disappears when i click on it.
What happens if you let it bounce for 5-10 minutes?
it only bounces once...(for me at least) and then it freezes and i have to force quit it :/

What version of Mac OSX does it run on. I'm Running Lion, wondering if maybe that's why. Please help?
It should run on 10.5, 10.6, and 10.7

When the game freezes, continue to wait. It's a loading screen glitch, but the game IS loading. Let it sit there for 5-25 minutes. This issue has been fixed since beta 7, but this is an old version of the game.

Hey, I'm a mac user who also has the same problem as renanmalaquias54... the game starts up just fine, but when i press 'e' to start, it begins flashing different colors. I can hear the character talking and explaining the story as he normally does, but i can't see anything except for these colors. I waited a while since the other user said that it began working for him, but after a minute or two the game just froze. do you have any clue of how this can be fixed?

I get that same problem.
The loading screen is glitched in Beta 7 for the Mac. Just let it sit there for 10-20 minutes and it should load the game.

when i start it, it gets to the start menu and when i start the game it goes to a series of flashes from red to orange to green when the game starts, how can i fix this? im on a macbook pro 15 in on mountain lion
Does your computer meet the minimum requirements? Like I said in the comment above, the loading screen is glitched in beta 7 for Mac, just let it sit there for 5-20 minutes and it should load the game :)

Yep! Check Desura for the full version of the game. It's Mac compatible and yes, it works :)
But Desura is only available for Windows. So I can't purchase it :/ lol. Is there a stand-alone dmg I can download?
