Implemented a progression system where heroes and new features are gradually unlocked after clearing encounters.
A tip is displayed each time when something new is unlocked.
Encounter objective UI moved close to the heroes.

Updated most menus for a more modern and consistent look. Especially main menu
Hero health and mana bars are now more visible against dark/black background
Skills with shared cooldown now have a link above them on the skillbar.
Passive abilities are now more distinct from active abilities.
Moved difficulty display to Settings > Gameplay section. It can’t be changed though.
Some new encounters, mostly in the second Nuclear Outpost level.
Enemies can now burn for a few seconds and turn crisp when killed by certain fiery spells.
