This is the full version of the mod, last updated on the 30th of January.

Just extract the folder to your modules folder in your warband install
Change log:
- 50+ new items, mostly karkan/lundmen/arlen. Includes plate armour and new firearms.
- Alot of scenes, karkan's missing only a few scenes from complete overhaul. Most factions have a several new ones to boot
- Completely new troop trees for the factions, some up to four times the size of native trees.
- Properly factionised items, as in snakes selling snake weapons at their markets etc
- Retouched map and map icons
- Many new scene props to liven up the atmosphere
- Rebalanced factions, including size of parties (More for tribes)
- Most lords have appropriate names and some have new facecodes
- New Ui, inventory window, notes, party windows etc
- New Multiplayer Map for event; Secret

- Ability to kill prisoners and other prisoner options
- Retouched factions. Some tribes, such as the Lundmen, have been changed/updated to take on their intended look. Expect to see new varieties of weapons from them.
- 10 new companions, with complete new dialogue conversions

Lol, I think with this particular hat adding hair may work. But with most it just sticks through the hat, making it even worse than before.

Thank you. I have made sure that New Elgante runs smoothly for a mod of its size, most weapons and armour you see on the tribes is in fact lower in load time than native weapons.
does the hair alaways go through the hat or helmet?
I don't think the hair goes through any hats or helmets.
Although for some of the headgear the problem is that to remove that I had to remove the hair when it was put on. Can make for some funny looks when wearing a hat. Only on a few is it particularly noticeable though
if so its still a very detailed mod and it looks quite fun

I just downloaded the mod and I have to say it's quiet nice but there are a few things I find could be tweaked to make it smoother. When you hit "esc" the words from the menu that come up are damn near impossible to see. Then there are a few villages that the name of them are "village" and I also noticed that some of the hats are "rusty" or "cracked" or even impossible to see and the hats arn't made of metal. Other then that this is a great mod, keep up the good work and I'll inform you of things I see

Pardon , but I cant seem to extract the 7z file :( , i used the 7z , and winrar but it wont seem to extract :(
