Launcher Update - 11-Feb-2013 file

The original launcher allowed for offline play, but it would sometimes be a long delay before it would let you into play offline. With this version of the launcher you can manually run the game in offline mode :)

If you're not playing the demo, you'll have to have successfully logged in at least once in order to run in offline mode.
