Do you have plans for the Sarranids?

Everything is made for them, but I haven't got any plans to add the Sarranids in as a faction.

It would be intriguing - the Ottomans were, after all, a significant factor in European politics.

Yes, you put the folder, that contains the folders data, textures, sounds etc. into the modules folder. Then you can run the module by starting the Warband launcher and selecting it from the top menu.

After downloading the file and extracting it and loading the game, there is no module for the mod? There's nothing remotely with the name "Imperial age: dragoon edition" and I can't find the mod in the modules.
I downloaded the mod and extracted it to "Modules" again and winrar asked me to replace all files, to which I said "yes to all". I loaded the game again and there still is no mod. I can't find the module location again.
Then I made a folder of my own for the mod, extracted the files to there and loaded the game. The game didn't even load after that. It kept crashing. I deleted the folder and it was good again.
What should I do to play the mod?

Hello, It's me again. I am curious to know the plans you would have in mind for the factions. I saw some additional attributes like construction. Do you intend to maintain the same diplomacy mechanics as the previous version? The possibility of executing a lord or torturing him? And the small nations, like the Duchy of Daltan (I don't remember if that was the name), will you include it too? Many things, a new world, and many stories to tell! Maybe the community could help you write scripts for the characters! I can help you with some things like that, I'm a Historian and I always liked to play your Mod! Congratulations!

I haven't really got many factions in mind. If I were to add anymore factions in, and this is not a promise, I'd start with the Sarranids, but instead of Turks like people keep suggesting they'd be Egyptian Mamluks heavily geared towards cavalry. I also have ideas for factions based on the Barbary kingdoms, and the Order of Saint John.

The idea is very good! What about mechanics, what will you add? There are some cool mods to build on, Nova Aetas, L'aige, Warsword Conquest, Each of these mods has mechanics that might interest you. At Nova Aetas there are construction mechanics, maybe you can think of something through it. L'aige has the cannons, which were well built. Warsword Conquest the dev has created a unit variation system, depending on the region of the kingdom you are in, they will have different types of troops, with different technology trees, maybe it would be cool to do something like that! But the suggestion remains!

To be expected, maps are twice the size now and the engine has got to render a whole lotta terrain and flora. I'd recommend lowering your graphics settings, or playing on a better machine.

can i make a suggestion
love thins mod but certain faction colours clash a bit too much for me
Calradian Empire v Nordbund
and
Grand Duchy of Swadia v Cossavian Hetmanate

personally i'd suggest CE be light grey and CH be dark brown

its historically accurate, each country used bright or different colors so they didnt get shot by there own soldiers

Would you include a jungle part of the map just south to the sarranids ? I was thinking in something based as Africa or India

if you update this again, could you add more smoke from the muskets, kind of like l'agile or napoleonic wars, unless theres a way to replace the smoke files

Hi, it could be better if the Mitre Cap/Bearskin Cap only used by Grenadier Infantry (Normal Mitre for Grenadier, Plated Mitre for Guard Grenadier) and the Life-Guard of Prussia/Russia Inspires Faction. And the later Upgraded Muskeeter units like Fusilier used Bicorn and Decorated Tricorn instead of the Mitre Cap
