Content: Yugoslavia can now integrate and accept the Romanians and Greeks A Yugoslavia formed by a nation other than Bulgaria has access to the 'Bulgarian miracle' decision from HPM Bugfix: A Scandinavian-formed Baltic union can now accept north Germans. Forming Scandinavia now works properly. Other small tweaks and fixes I can't remember - (You think I can be bothered to maintain a proper changelog for every little thing?)
