Harder HR FC mode file

After some time, the "Harder Horror Rebuild FC mode" is finally released. It makes almost all monsters deal more damage and makes them faster than before. Installation: Same method as the HR Full Conversion. I done my best to still keep them as balanced as possible, but be aware that this patch can make the game more frustrating.
