its a patch for garry's mod 9 for other people who have trouble have it on steam just go to steam/steamapps/sourcemods and you should see gmod9 folder put gameinfo.txt in it

In another note, this "patch" would fix the problem I was having 4 years ago when installing gmod9 because Steam wouldn't recognize the mod in the library, so it's pretty useful. This is more like a "fix" than a "patch".
When offering downloads to other people, specially patches and fixes, you should specify what exactly the files are going to do in detail, because in this case it could break the game of whoever is downloading this if their game was up-to-date and already working.
