Delete the previous version if you have one
Decompress the archive
Copy and paste the files contained in the archive into your mod folder

how do i install the mod
to install this mod:
1) download the archive
2) decompress the archive
3) copy and paste the contents of the resulting folder into your mod folder. by default: documents / paradox / hearts of iron 4 / mod. If the mod folder does not exist, create it.
5) Do not forget to activate the mod in the game's start menu
