Sieges need sorting out, only became aware of AI meshes last week, lots of work but i'll stick at it.
Villages changing icon after a few seconds
some ladies refuse to wear what I've given them
a duplicate banner
Bandit parties won't reinforce each other (I know the issue is in strings.txt but don't understand the numbers or need someone who can decompile and recompile the whole mod. lol)
thats about it as far as I know, I'll keep working at my own pace.
Bandits not reinforcing each other has nothing to do with strings, strings are just text, the problem is related to scripts, and btw, did you consider starting using the module system? is way better for modding and easy to fix any bugs.
Thanks for correcting me, you are quite right the issue is in scripts.txt (specifically let_nearby_parties_join_current_battle.)
I've tried 5 different times to setup python on my PC. I've got enough to do vis-a-vie scening and AI meshes without having to build the module up from scratch (if I can even get python working), at least for now anyway.
Did you experience any crashes when starting? Someone else reported a crash I cannot duplicate on my end, "unable to open file:CommonRes/coop_extra_ui_textures.brf"

This is probably not related to your mod, since CommonRes is a Native Warband thing and should not be modified in any circumstances, the person should check the integrity of the game files and see if it solves the problem.
OMG this mod is amazing, i love this sort of post apocalypytic/medieval feel, could become such a good novel. THANK YOU for posting, ppl like u guys keep modding community alive

I wish I could have released it finished but recently almost lost my HD (powercut) coupled with the fact I'm not in great health, this could all easily be deleted/lost.
Sort of pushed me to put something up, very pre-alpha though.
