Description
The complete, finished version of Cursed Souls. Changes for Version 2: -Added Justine entites in the story folder. This will hopefully fix the ladder problem (some players can't find it). The Justine DLC is still recommended -Added more path_nodes in the mansion so the second floor monsters hopefully can navigate better -Added ambient sounds in the mansion and cellar so it wont be completely silent if you die -A small change in the script for the cellar Changes for V.3: -Fixed alot of typos and grammar errors ------------------------ Finding any bugs? How to get to cellar? Where is key??
You need to finish the quest in the library and do the next quest in the room you enter once the library quest is done

So i almost finished the game only to have an error going through the underground.. i redownloaded it and noticed the folder i was using had no entity folder, that's why there was never a zombie.. i was getting worried.. so i asked my fans if i should play it again althgouh i know what to do just for the sheer fact that i didnt get many jump scares..

Check under the stairs and you will find 2 crates and the ladder... I have no idea how you manage to miss it :s
I can't get into the underground area.. I've downloaded the latest version you have here and it doesn't fix the problem. It's looking for maps/.map <--somehow it's missing the name of the actual map..but I don't know where to find the script to change it manually..please help ..
It's pretty wierd actully becasue it seems to work for 8/10 of the people with the latest version. You are sure you replaced the new version with the old one right? Not clicked on the wrong button to not replace
Hey Marc. I've double and triple checked that I have properly replaced the files. I've wiped the directory and reinstalled it to be certain. I even did a speed run through the game and it still crashed on me. I'm at part 3 of the lets play on my channel and it would be a shame to have to take it down as I think this story is really great.
I still find it wierd since it seems to work for other people. Well, you can always change so you will start in the underground map intead. You will only be able to do 2 of the 3 endings if you do so, but you can play it to the end at least
Are you on a mac? because I have the same exact error and wondering if it only happens on mac.
congratulations for this custom story. I passed a good and scary time playing it. Excelent story and puzzles.

That means you are playing without the Justine patch. The ladder is from the Justine DLC
Really good scary as hell though.
