Crime Wars First Release file

First Release is out, Read Me how to install Read Me in zip file, Map in Video is dangermap this is one of my first mods, I'm trying to make it chaotic and fun as possible, this is first release, some debug lines and stuff still in the game, so don't mind it, just putting it out there for feedback, theres a new version coming up.
