I tried the concubines for all in the previous Ck2 patches before Holy fury, it was very easy, but one way or another I found a solution to finally done it.

The mod doesn't seem to work.
what version do you have
there is no descriptor.mod file in there. this just downloads the common folder, which would need to be introduced in another folder which would contain the descriptor.mod file, a jpg icon for the mod in the launcher and that folder would have the name of the mod
I'm a novice modder I can't do the descriptor.mod, it's easy but not for me.
all you have to do is backup your file location and replace the game "00_religions.txt" with my modded file
