Can't Stop Driving 1.0.0 file

v1.0.0 - Added the ocean (can't be seen by architect) - Prepared the future countdown (not working atm) - Postprocessing and lighting improvements (finally we have shadows) - Cameras shake when a tile is placed - Improved structure of project (better singletons, replaced World by GameScene) - Improved driver's camera movements (more realistic, rotate slowly) - Fixed bugs of previous features
