My attempt to balance out the infantry in relation to cavalry and make things a bit more realistic. See the description for details.
-Increased damage values for almost all firearms
-Increased accuracy for rifles and some pistols
-changed weapons of different troops (no longer does every unit have almost every weapon in their inventory)
-changed (insanely high) levels of some units, making them possible to upgrade to
-balanced weapon proficiencies of some units
-Increased default crossbow (long guns) proficiency for the player
-decreased armor of all horses, this along with increased damage value of rifles fixes the situation of horses surviving a heavy rifle shot to the head
