Twelfth(I don't know how to type this) alpha of the mod, adding a focus tree in Russia.
To install, paste the file and folder inside the .zip to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts Of Iron IV/mod
(You don't need the other versions of the mod).

-Added surrender event for the Papal States when playing as Sardinia
-Added a Russian focus tree, you can be monarchist, democratic or communist(Suggested by "VINCENTE" on the mod's Discord server)
