THREAKS is a young Hamburg-based start-up that specializes in the holistic communication between interactive content. Under the principle of ‘Gamification’, which seeks to combine communication with gaming elements, we develop new game-based forms of communication for the target audiences of the future. Furthermore, we carry out research in the gaming technologies of tomorrow, funded by the Pro-Ideenfonds and EXIST. Our project Beatbuddy has been nominated for the Deutsche Computerspielpreis 2011 (German Video Game Awards 2011) in the category “Best up-and-coming project“.
