How's it going guys! Just wanted to announce that our company is starting to make a new game! You are probbably wondering, "OMG! What possibly could it be? Will it be another game that is a clone of Call of Duty except slighty different and with a better storyline,excluding their last game (Black Ops 2) which story is decent compared to the last 3 games they developed?"

No, it's not.
We are developing is side scrolling, beat em' up, open world, gladiator fighting game that allows players to make their own desicions that impact the game world. If you thought I mentioned gladiators then you are correct.
As of now the title of the game is The Last Gladiator. Title pending. The story of the game is that you are (well were) a general of an army which rebelled from some main kingdom. Your entire army was slaughtered and you were captured and imprisoned. The king decided to spare you... kinda. He forced you to fight in a arena (as shown in the image above) for the entertainment of others. You fight quite a sum of enemies and then your freedom is given and then the game really begins.
After that momment you can decide to whatever you want. You can continue to fight in arenas for fame and fortune, be a wanderer, pillage random villages you come across, or try to stop the king from forcign people to fight for others entertainment, it is all up to you. We plan on adding randomly generated quests, random villages, random weapons, and more random stuff to add to the replay value.
If you read this far you probably noticed that the story isn't exactually as well tweaked and thought out as I tried to make it seem. We are still trying to work out the story, and also make a map. Most of the game we plan will take place in the desert, desert villages, desert strongholds, and other desert like places.
