Hi! My name is Vanessa Williams. Founder of Meditation And I, a meditation app that changes the game for meditators. Not only do we promote a healthy state of mind, but we offered duo-guided sessions. Meaning you are able to listen to two guides in your meditation session. Each meditation session is different from the last. Meditation And I offers an experience you haven't had. There are many benefits to mediation such as decreasing blood pressure, helping with depression, helping with anxiety, improving concentration, and so much more! In the meditation app, we have night mode and glowing lights are available. You can set up candles as you meditate to set the mood. We believe just because meditators meditate virtually doesn't mean they deserve less of an experience.
