We promote a friendly atmosphere that includes all of the team in discussion - if you've got an idea for a design, or a better way of doing something, then we're willing to hear if we can work better, and more efficiently - and everyone plays an active role in development.
Applicants should be willing to use Skype text chat, along with our forums, as our main methods of communication for the development. Experience with UnrealScript is a must, due to the features that we are trying to build into the engine.
