We are going to use cryengine 3 or torque 3d and are currently looking for the following.

1 web designer
2 mesh designers
2 animators
1 texture artist
1 sound effects artist
3 C++ Coders

Criteria, you must provide a portfolio of your work, you must be willing to work as a team, there are no strict deadlines but we will need to get this out. Additionally funding, until alpha stages, is extremely limited, meaning only being able to provide certain tools for you to use, unless you already have them. This also means that if there is a lack of progress no one will be paid until an alpha test is created and a small business loan/investors are provided.
