We're Alberto and Dani, brothers. As you can see, we make indie pixel art games!
We think that atmosphere and settings are an essential part of any videogame. Our visual style is influenced by 16-bit console games and 90's arcades. Our gameplay mechanics are a mix of old school and modern ideas, placing emphasis on smooth controls and taking advantage of new technology. Our soundtracks are catchy, if applicable, and relevant to the genre.
With each new project, we try to bring something new to the table. Sure, we present you familiar and recognizable ideas (and that's good!), but you really haven't played them in its new "DYA Games crafted" form!
We self-fund our projects because we think that's que only way we can stay independent and bring unaltered ideas to the scene. We don't want our ideas to be undermined during the development process. Obviously, we listen to our players, but only after our games have been finished and released.
We risk our own money. We sell full finished games. We make sacrifices. So, if you like what we do, how could you support our work? Buying our games and spreading the word. Quite fair!
