Former is currently $500^, but can be stretched to $700+ for a final push to a goal or launch. Latter are extremely generous, but capped @ 200%/yr of my own salary target. (Up to 300%, if the Freelancer(s) is(/are) extremely resuméd/skilled.) The rest of your Rev % over your cap is to be donated to charities...

My company is registered in NH and the domain name to host its flagship production has been held for almost two years. My flagship franchise is a Sci-Fantasy Tactical Combat Racer, conceived & designed as an eSport, featuring < 5k Competitor Accounts for purchase in the U.S, paired with Permadeath, forcing high turnover. My goal is to pay every player who either survives an official Event or puts in 5-15 hours of 'game time' during the week, then takes the Qualifier Run on that Saturday.


My design/dev philosophy is: This is Indie. You'll get the Gameplay right, then improve the friggin' Graphics.


I'll have $4k+ saved up for a proof of concept Demo by the New Year. I am accepting applications from individual Devs, but do prefer a Team of 2+ who can do just about everything. I am willing to hire outside of the U.S. for the initial prototype, but currently desire to hire domestically for the long-term Dev. However, whether I hire for that purpose domestically or internationally, will ultimately be decided by the potential players, spectators and sponsors who put up the extended funding. The initial launch and the first 1-3 Seasons of competition thereafter are extremely likely to be for U.S. residents only.


I require a Demo from applicants, an example of Your skills in the relevant Genre, anti-Grav racing. How much time and effort put in is obviously up to You. The individual or team I end up selecting will be given a 'sign on bonus' of up to $500 and secure at least* the work on my prototype.

*I cannot guarantee that You will be hired on a contractual basis for the long-term Dev.


If/when You share Your application demo with me, You are to request a specific amount as Your potential sign on bonus, up to the full $500.

Your necessary hourly rate of pay is to be reflected in that. Meaning, if You absolutely need/want $25/hr. - with or without Your % of the Rev. - then don't put in more than 20hrs.


Vids of Your demo's play are fine, but I prefer to Play it myself, either on Android° or PC. Oh. And the Engine has to be Unreal 4. No exceptions.

Your earliest application(s) will be welcome as early as Dec. 1st, but are not necessary prior to the New Year, the first Saturday in it being a soft deadline, with Jan. 31st being the hard deadline.
