Special Effects addon

To install the new effects, you must unzip the folder and paste in the Game:

C :/ Program Files (x86) / II BattleTanks

Make a backup before files ORIGINAL if you did not like the changes ...
NOTE: Some effects are the same of another package that I did have a few more changes to make the game more realistic!
