Forming an Indie team (All Skills Needed) job

Hi, I am looking for people to form an indie team with.
People interested have to be living in the United Kingdom, preferably in London so we can improve communications and attend gaming events/jams.

Mindset games Ltd was officially created last year. I admit, I have no idea how to manage this company/business. This is a LLP company co-founded by me and my friends after graduating from university. Hopefully there are people our there with the knowledge and experience to join and help us in that area.

We just want to make great games with unique mechanics and artistic design. During those couple months, we have had people come and go, and projects left unfinished or in their prototype stage. (Mainly due to people in different time zones resulting in lack of communication.)

So here I am on indieDB, back to square one. Last attempt to find people with not just the talent but with the thirst and motivation to create something to completion.

All skills are welcome. (We do need programmers)
Currently, our team consists of:
2 digital artists
1 sound/music designer

If you are like me and want to create a team, break into the industry and meet great friends. This is a great opportunity. Due to past experiences I am looking for people in the UK only.
