My name is Eric and I am the project coordinator/Producer, PR Lead, and Lead writer of the upcoming Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars modification Tiberium Secrets. As an established team that has been in development since 6/2011, we're technically classified as a mod, however, our content, documentation, connections and accomplishments go above and beyond conventional moding.
We consist of both hobbyists and individuals striving to get into the games and entertainment industries, which has resulted in us networking with several of the original developers and executives who've been involved in the original franchise, as well as others in the Industry. We also obtained 2 sponsored passes for the Game Developers Conference (GDC 2017), valued at ~2K each, for leadership.
We're looking for dedicated individuals interested and able to continue this journey to Alpha, and beyond.

We are trying to keep up a friendly and family-like atmosphere on the team. That is why one of our most important requirements for all of the below positions is to have an open mind toward your own work and that of other team members. We are striving for high production value materials and want all of our members to work in an environment that is efficient and well-organized. All the work you do will receive the credit it deserves. Since this is an online project, you are going to need a microphone for communication via Skype.
Are you an organization junkie? Do you believe that every file should have a folder, and that strong, easily searchable folder trees are kinda sexy? Are you a confident leader with the ability to understand project goals and team limitations, able to combine those into an easy-to-follow project plan? When things go wrong, are you able to juggle priorities to get things back on track? Finally, do you have the editing chops to carefully read a 20-thousand-word piece and give it your stamp of approval? Then you might be the editor in chief we've been looking for.
While there are no monetary rewards, these positions give the great chance to not only gain experience in your fields, but to also work together with highly motivated individuals in a team. It is required to give and take constructive criticism and simply push the designs to the limits to give the player the best gaming experience possible. In addition, we are focussing on creating high quality in all points of design, which means that you'll get great video material to publish on your blogs/websites to showcase your work. You can expect a solid foundation and work done in every area of development, since the project has been in development for a couple of years already. The team leader takes documentation and planning very seriously. Furthermore, strategies for future content publishments are already made. The team leader may write you a reference letter for future work-relationships.
Each position requires a minimum of roughly 8-10 hours per week. The amount of time you have to put into this project is highly depending on how efficient you work. It makes sense that you will need less time, if you produce high quality at any point, so the given times are just a rough estimate. It is very important that you can react to e-mails and inquiries via smart phone or any other devices, though. We also have regular team meetings, which we highly recommend attending to.
We use our Google Drive, Trello, Skype and e-mail for the exchange of data and information. Further information can be given upon request.
