Coding job

I am looking for a coder who has experience using Unreal or Unity game engines. I am working on a game idea and am in need of a team to maximize this idea and turn it into reality.

The position says volunteer but it is a paid job once the game enters the Steam Early Access Program. Once I can develop a team, I will set up a kick starter page to receive funding. Members of Delta Games will be paid from the KickStarter funds as well.

The Game is of the survival genre, need others to shoot some ideas back and forth but I have a solid idea of the direction in which I want the game to go. Such as, I am not sure if I want zombies, or if I just want a you against the elements type of game. Not sure if I want militarized weapons, or just crafted weapons. The options are endless and I am looking to you for some advice.

Again this will be a paid position! We will work on our free time for now, but once we get funding from Kickstarter and Early Access sales, the money will start to roll in. If you have experience in C++ that would be 100% perfect, if you know of any other sort of scripting and coding, please be sure to include that as well.
