While doing some additional testing I realized there are still certain situations where ax-throwers AI does not shine, so I decided to rework it again. Should be rock-solid now, but only time and testing will tell. I've also prolonged the i-Frame period and made pea shooters on world 3 turn towards the player when rising and shooting... maybe I should have let them stay the way they are once risen above ground? We'll see what the players say.
