An alpha release for cash_out has been released! The main part of this update was the re-release of the "defensive" class, which has been re-branded as "balance" because of the new mechanics!
The following is a summary of the major fixes and additions!
BALANCE CLASS
Two patches ago, the defense class was removed because I felt it didn't play well. This was just temporary until I could think of a proper mechanic. The class has been re-added as "balance" instead. While the defense class focused on taking damage SOLELY, the new class focusing on both taking an dealing damage.
The mechanics are very similar, but taking damage and dealing damage adds a bit of to your bar. When blue, your auras are defensive, when read they are offensive. This adds a balance to the game play. Taking damage gives you more defensive skills, where dealing damage gives you more aggressive skills.
LEGENDARY WEAPONS
Legendary weapons are a new rarity of weapon. Previous rarities increased the maximum amount of stats you can have, but the "Legendary" tier (red) increases all stats by 30%. It is very rare, and even enemies can spawn with one!
Legendary items are based off of cyan weapons, they can have a maximum of 8 stats, seen above there is only 4.
POPUP STACKING
A way overdue change, item popups now stack. When more than one popup WOULD happen, they are now stacked into one. Use the scroll wheel to select the item from the stack.
Also drops now have the same colour as the rarity.
PRISON CLOTHES SET
A new clothing set has been added!
Shirt -> Reduces the price of lockboxes, making them easier to open.
Pants -> Restores health when you damage someone with a knife.

I noticed a major, unavoidable crash and I reuploaded, it should be up soon!
I love me a good top-down game, so I'm gonna try this out in a bit!
