Extract it
Read the Readme.txt
Copy the wz file to your mods/autoload folder
Note: if you don't have one create one
this file is larger then the original one because of the base.wz & mp.wz mixed together with it

some models have been mixed up don't be surprised if your transporter looks like a cyborg transporter
I have no option to build defensive structures , after destroying the 3rd scavenger camp in the first mission , you gain the artifact for machine gun guard tower , it researches instantly but there is no option to build one , and later when you get the mortar , i cant build a mortar pit and also when you defeat the new paradigm for the first time and get the hardcrete , no options to build any emplacements atall , all i have is tank traps and walls! Im using version 3.1.5

Hmm this seems very complicated to fix... :(
How about instead try typing cheat on?
and type research all?
