initial release. worked on this on and off since hoi4 release, while im not fully satisfied with its feel yet, its been a while since i did any major changes, so i guess its ready

POL_the_four_year_plan gives Poland monthly_population + 100% which is crazy please cut to 0.001 :P

I have a problem. I can see this mod in my menu and everthing gr8, but when i lunch game and start polish campaign i cant see any difrence.. :(
