Alternative Interface for Rising Stars addon

Replaces the UI graphics and icons with a new, cleaner set. You may need to both restart the game and load a new game before the new graphics. This version requires Rising Stars to function properly. To run, disable Rising Stars and enable AIRS. Rising Stars run in the background. Version 2.5.5
