...that's why I'm optimizing the gore effects for the grenadethrower and the rocketthrower.

The first version of an exploding body wasn't satisfying enough so I documented it and changed slowly the textures and parameters.

Before (real time):

real time old gore

and once again in slow motion:

gore slowmo

and now the optimized version:

gore fast new

This mechanism works for indoor and outdoor. Here an example with a ceiling:
