What have we been up to over the last couple of days? Now you'll find out!

Hello everyone!

Some new developments have taken place since we last updated.

New team members have been brought on! Hooray!~

As this game gets bigger and bigger by the day, we need more people to help out with new content. We started the game with just one person doing everything: coding, sprites, concepts, etc. Then we got some help with programming and bugfixing. Then we got some great musical talent to make the game score.

Now we have THREE new members helping out on the team: storywriter, programmer #2, and sound FX designer. These three gentlemen (will be introduced later) have shown specific interest in our game and want to help it grow significantly into the kind of great game we're hoping to finish.

Let's talk development.
We are moving quickly into the pre-alpha v0.01 stages, where we will showcase the boss level, all classes in the game and fully-functional, fully-functional inventory and currency system, loot drop system, and a brief look into what will come with Alpha game stage: procedural rendering, and completely randomized levels. That will be our focus for Alpha, along with adding armor, items, experience and leveling, and purchasing power from vendors. Our goal for Alpha game stages is to bring an entirely new and dynamic game playability to the table, to initiate our move into skyrocketing replayability, and to provide hours and hours of fun to all of you faithful watchers for free before the game is released.

Ahead: upwards and onwards.
Beta talk might be inappropriate right now, but too bad.

In the Open Beta version of the game, we hope to have a multiplayer system established where players can join their friends for co-op adventure mode via private servers players may host on their own. This will be the focus, along with dozens more randomly generated levels with unique biomes, enemies and bosses, more of a robust loot table, and guest-artists who will design their very own enemies, armors, and maybe even a new class or two.

The Finale.
The released version of the game will include everything you see here, including an expanded universe of at least 20+ randomly generated levels to play, 6+ classes to master and 2+ abilities per class, and 7 tiers of armor to find with as many as 30 armor pieces and 10 armor sets per tier. These numbers will dramatically increase as updates will be periodically released including more portals and maps, more items, and more loot.

Thank you all for reading out game plan. Now lets get started!
