Well Now the Qexpo is over...
Time for us to post the news and media on the main page.
First of all I got a small movie


After that I have got some texture Compilations ( take a note these are my first ever created textures from scratch )

Tip for your textures: they would look 10 times more realistic if you would add some dirt to them, but not only to certain parts :) The rest is fine ;)

Also, be carefull with the lightning on your textures, if the light is comming from the other side it would look strange.

Hey Woody here! (Person who skinned/unwrapped the pistol) fragger the textures arn't too good in my opinion, the wood looks nothing like wood and the metal is way too spongy. Don't rely on your base as a texture, it's what you do with it, you can barely see my base when I skin somthing, then if you want a clean texture leave it but if you want a dirty looking texture grundge it up, natural keep it somwhere in the middle. Anyway like I said it's not the the base that makes a skin, and I think thats your problem, you rely too much on the base metal.
