At present Bullet Candy Perfect is cosmetically moddable, in as much as you can change/whatever any of the media used by the game. What I want to do, is get the game to a state where modders can create their own arena style shooters using the basic engine.
This means that you'll be able to create your own sets of levels, enemy designs and behaviors and also change the player controlled ships abilities etc.
