To fix the problem and make Full Hollow Ichigo playable, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to: Bleach Lemmings\data\characters\fullhollowichigo
2. Locate the .xml document named 'character'
3. Right click it and select 'Edit'
4. This is the important part: Go down to the bottom of the text and type:" < /character>" (remove spaces)
5. Save the document
6. Start up the game and he should be playable. Enjoy!
If anyone stills has problems then post it here and I'll see if I can think of a solution. Thankyou to Chunche for finding this solution. I was thinking of rewarding you somehow but I dunno how so If you have like a story mode request or something then I might try to make it.

You type the following at the bottom: </character> then follow the rest of the steps above
Thought I'd let you know Pikachu that Mod DB seems to have a problem with the above text as I tried to PM it to oleg above but it did not show up so comments are the only place it seems to not just disappear
Moddb mistakes the "</character>" as part of the code/script and makes it dissapear. I'll try and find a solution

I found a solution!!
1.you go in '' fullhollowichigo ''
2.Then you do '' edit '' the '' character ''
3.Then put '' </ character> '' at the very end
4. Then save and play :)
