It's time to start the theories for FNaF: Sister Location! Here are some of the theories I have thought about. If you have a theory in mind, please share it in the comments below!
ALL THEORIES IN THIS POST WERE MADE BEFORE SISTER LOCATIONS RELEASE!
THE FUNTIME ANIMATRONICS (THEORY CONFIRMED) In FNaF World, unbroken Mangle is called Funtime Foxy which could mean she was apart of the Funtime animatronics. If she was apart of the Toy animatronics then she would be called Toy Foxy. This could mean that the animatronics in FNaF: Sister Location could be Funtime animatronics and Mangle/Funtime Foxy could be in it. Could this mean that the Sister Location is literally the opposite gender? Could the animatronic on the new teaser be Funtime Puppet? The female puppet? Another thing to point out is Mangle in the sisters room in FNaF 4. We don't know how she got there and why she is mangled but maybe it was a hint! Maybe Scott purposely put Mangle in a SISTERS room because he was hinting about Mangle in the SISTER location!
THE PINK GUY This is a theory that I've been thinking about lately. Basically, if FNaF: Sister Location takes place in the sister pizzeria then wouldn't the animatronics there have to be haunted too? So maybe the Purple Guy is over at Freddy's and the Pink Guy is over at the sister location and he also killed 5 children at the sister location so the children haunted the animatronics. Unless somehow the Purple Guy got into the sister location and killed more children, jeez.

I have a theory on the trailer for the fnafsl when it put funtime Foxy the puppet has a was right their on its side so the puppet will be in in this game that coming this fall
That was a theory and at the time, we only had the first teaser out so we couldn't tell exactly what it was. Now I know it's Baby and there won't be any female Puppet in FNaF: SL.
I think Sister Location is a testing facility, because of the TV screens easter egg in the private room. You get cameras of the FNaF 4 Bedroom, Bed and Fun with plushtrap. Maybe children are being tested, and the owners would like to see the reactions, or how the animatronics act around children alone.

There are many different theories based on 'The Sister Location.' However, Scott has announced that 'The Sister Location' does indeed have a connection with the 'Five Nights at Freddy's 4' game. The characters are connected in some way. Scott has left us to find out. And, we will. There are many questions Scott has left us to consider. For example; Is the "Purple Guy" one guy, or multiple guys? The Purple color could be meant to represent "shady," or "unknown" characters. Therefore, there could be more than one purple guy. In the game, "The Sister Location," we play as a guy named "Michael Afton." At first, it was made unknown as to whom we played as. In the last couple of alternate endings, we discover that "Michael Afton" is the son of "William Afton," who is thought of as the "Purple Guy," or "Springtrap, and the brother of the little girl who is killed by the animatronic named 'Baby.' Michael Afton is thought of as the brother who wore the foxy mask in the 4th 'Five Nights at Freddy's' game. If so, that means that Michael is the brother of the little girl who was murdered by Baby, the brother of the little boy who was the victim of the 'Bite of '87,' and the son of William Afton; also known as the "Purple Guy." In other words, this story's main focus is about a family with a tragic past. Unfortunately, Michael is seen being "scooped" at the end of 'The Sister Location,' and is from then on controlled by a monstrosity known as 'Ennard." What happens next? Why does Michael come to 'The Sister Location' in the first place? What happened to Springtrap/William Afton after he set 'Fazbear's Fright' to flames? In what time period does 'The Sister Location' take place in?
These are all questions we will hopefully discover as soon as the story of the 'Sister Location' unfolds.
