The founders of SeaCliff Interactive met while both working at LucasArts. Tim, a 10 year employee, and Matt, a 6 year exmployee, worked there until the studio's closure in April of 2013. After Lucas, Tim and Matt began working together on various prototypes that eventually became the foundation of the unique side-scrolling gameplay in Super Roman Conquest.
