Katelyst has started a new initiative to bring developers together to finish projects.
We have seen a large amount of skilled developers looking to build their portfolio or grow their skill-set. Sadly, many of these developers lose a lot of their work because projects are never finished.
Katelyst intends to support development teams by taking a whole new approach to publishing games!

- Milestones, Including Goal & Deadline projection for Concept phase, Pre-production, Production, And Post-Release Support. And set progress reviews to check the status of the project and project members.
- Risk Assessment, A continuous stream of feedback concerning our perspective of your project. Addressing potential risk factors in your project, and advising potential action.
- Contract Negotiation and Support, We can provide negotiation for setting up project agreements in the early stages of development, ensuring all parties are agreed on what to expect from one another. Additionally will ensure fair compensation according to negotiated terms through an external mediator: Katelyst.com. A project agreement must be signed before a project is initiated.
- Project Management, We support projects in achieving their goals by training & guiding the team in agile development and processes. We oversee and help to groom the backlog, and are able to assist with setting up pipelines and documentation. Additionally, we can assist with scope breakdowns & estimations
- Revenue & Marketing Strategy, We can assist in developing a targeted revenue strategy for your project. And we can assist with marketing through our platform: Katelyst.com
