Need volunteers for a spiritual successor to Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines job

UPDATE: We have grown on to become a 4 man team and have made blazing progress with the game. That doesn't mean the growth has stopped. This only means that we will grow more since we now know the game with this scale is possible. I will link the latest build's video and maybe it will be more appealing for you to join us. All the positions mentioned below are still available, we need more of everything, so progress goes steadily.

Now for the actual description

Hello guys! My name is Vali, me and my partner Nox are looking for passionate, creative, and fun minds to help us out and volunteer for developing a 3D videogame. We already tried reaching out on other social platforms for potential volunteers but no one seems to understand that we are not a company, just an indie team with a dream. Everyone is so money hungry these days but I saw that the folks over here are truly passionate about games and are willing to work with small scale projects like ours. We want to make a spiritual successor to Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines and Deus Ex 2001. If you are interested we can explore the possibility of starting a new company and developing games together. Profits made by the game will be shared between everyone. Some important things to remember are that we will be using Unity as our primary engine, and blender for the assets/model creation. These are the following positions required as of now:

1. Level Designers

2. 3D Model Creators

3. Animators

4. Programmers, coders and a Tech Lead (must know C++, C Sharp or GDScript for these positions)

5. Concept Artists

6. Voice actors (if there's any hanging out around here)

7. I am the Director, Story writer, Game Designer, and a semi-concept artist. My partner is a Creative director, co-writer, semi-concept artist and a music composer. Us two are the only people right now representing the operation.

Remember, we will be considered a small indie studio, so don't join in with us expecting a 10k dollar payment. We need passionate, ambitious and enthusiastic people, the kind of people who will stick with us till the very end when we become a triple A studio in the future.
