Hi!
We're a collective of indie developers, stationed around the world, and we need help making our game, Polterguys!
We're looking for a community manager, part time at first, building up to full time as the game gets nearer to early access and then release. If you don't mind doing some general admin too, the position could be full time from the start!
We think we have a really exciting new IP on our hands, and we need to build our community. Can you help us? We want to make our game *with* a community, so the sooner we have an active base of people who are excited to drive the direction of our efforts, the better!
The most important thing is that YOU love the game, too. If you don't love what you are making, it shows. We're a close knit family, and believe that making a game should be fun, not a grind. We think that shines through in the final product.
We pay by the hour, have a profit share scheme, and the team all get equity in the company.
