Unfortunately some thinks that Turnland's just a Continuity clone. About Continuity, this game is far from be clone. Clone presents no difference or innovation. If so all platform game is a Mario clone. And all sandbox is clone of Terraria and Minecraft. They do not understand that Continuity is a genre of puzzle, as Mario's platform and Terraria and Minecraft's sandbox. Imagine if there were just a rock band? Or just Mario as platform? This mindset is so poor and stupid how the haters.
And in my opinion is another genre or style. Rotating screens there is both in Continuity as in Fez. And that's a style, genre or characteristic. But need not agree. Because I bet that they never thought of it.
These first stages are not much different even. But the next version with 10 levels will become increasingly different the way to solve the puzzle. Moreover, it is in action platform. Will have enemies and boss. And so they can speak to become a Mega Man or Super Metroid clone.
