Binaural beats, are a frequency, which are more of an Audio illusion, they can make you calm and relaxed or anxious and paranoid, and we have decided to try and implement them inside the game, due to the advantages it would bring, however there are health risks involved, and we are currently researching it further to see if we can get to a win/win solution without having to remove them.
