After a lot of preparation, The Red Solstice is live on Kickstarter.com We've put a lot more media onto it, explained our goals and are trying to get singleplayer into the game, check out our video and some new media below
Our main goal features a quite dangerous enemy, an entire storyline evolved around a huge sandworm, the idea is to make this battle very heroic, challenging and fun. And this is how he looks!
We have also updated and enchanced our prologue! And added some cool graphics effects both to bullets and the storm.
People have asked us before about singleplayer, what's happening with it. Singleplayer story has been written before multiplayer story and has a lot of depth inside it. One of the main reason for starting this Kickstarter campaign is because we would really like to give you an epic, polished and emotion intenstive singleplayer experience, which has been half made already, but we are not happy with it yet. Help us reach the singleplayer goal on Kickstarter and let us show you what we can do! It's a story where there is no black nor white, and everything is in shades of grey morality.
We're working hard at the moment on bringing the best multiplayer experience, and so far we're quite happy with it, if Kickstarter is a success we'll be able to enter beta within one month. Have in mind that the entire engine has been created from the scratch in past few years, and we do want to improve it further with the KS campaign!
So far IndieDB has been a great and caring community, and we at Ironward would like to ask you for one final push, help us reach the goal and make the game of our dreams the way we always wanted it to be!

Congratulations guys! I knew this would be a great game :)
Hey tonylogan, thnx, we are really glad you like it ;)
Looks like a fusion between Alien Swarm and Alien Shooter! Looks cool, I'll keep an eye on this! And I'll donate when I can ^^
Plus, it's an RPG! Think of a "lite Torchlight 2" set in the future :P
Stryker, thnx for supporting, btw. it is definetly not a "shooter" the best way would to describe it genre wise would be a strategy/action/RPG :)
Sorry, more like Torchlight 2 then :D Love that game, but if it's strategy as well...
WHAT COULD BE MORE AWESOME THAN THIS?!
And your welcome! :D
Thnx again for all the kind words, keep spreading the news ;)
"Platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux"
Where are the Linux and Mac demos? The Kickstarter doesn't even mention GNU/Linux.
Nevermind, I see now that they are stretch goals. Please remove Mac and Linux from the list of supported platforms until they are actually supported.
