No, Terrablox is not dead, you can ghasp now. So what did happen that this project got so dead these day's? Simply, the game is in such a heavy developement that we can't even explain in words, thats why the page got zombified in a month. We DEVELOP it, and we WILL develop it, it's just simply that we started a new project called Pixelo. Check it out!
