Spite: The Dark Blight is a 20-minute-long asymmetrical hack 'n' slash adventure game inspired by Diablo. It was made in a custom engine Eggshell, that was developed alongside the game. Spite: The Dark Blight is a student project made by Barklight in 10 weeks at the game development school The Game Assembly in Sweden. Barklight has 4 graphical artists, 3 level designers, 7 programmers and 2 technical artists.
