Hi everyone and thanks! Over 1000 visits and 14 followers! Thanks to everyone who has visisted Remnants: fragments of the past. Wanted to show you how the character images a basically drawn:
1 step: I usually use paint or game makers own drawing programs to do the outlines for the character.
2 step: Next I try to figure out the eyes and filling in the colors. I also try to think of a proper clothing for the character.
3 step: I'll make the details and and the background. Some character shading and shadows are done with game makers own drawing program. Backround is blended with Gimp
Also wanted to share videos of few games that influenced me to start this project:
Eye Of The Beholder 2 ( this along with dungeon master 1 & 2 were one of my favorite games when I was young )
Diablo 1 ( I really loved diablo 1 for the horror and the dungeon delwing elements )
Might & Magic 6 ( playd most of the games in the series thou this was the best one )
Hero Quest ( thou I mostly played the boardgame )
